Our goal is to save valued customer’s time and money.  Whether customers make purchase gift items, products and services online shop, over the phone or in person. You acknowledge that all gift items, products and services are none-refundable and none-returnable, under any circumstances. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, OR, EXCHANGE. THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH US. WE HOPE YOU LOVE AND ENJOYS YOUR NEW PRODUCTS.

  • Once we received your payment, we usually ship same day if the order comes in early enough, if not next day. 
  • We will send an Email to you the order’s detail and tracking numbers so you can track your order when it arrives to your door or in mail box.
  • We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
  • We carefully inspected and verified all items before we ship order to our customers. All our gift items are in new condition, and never open. We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages damaged by package carrier’s companies.  

My order was canceled

If you have recently placed an order and received a cancellation email regarding your order, we sincerely apologize. Order cancellations typically occur due to one of the following reasons:

  • The item(s) sold out and we cannot reach out to you within 10 days from your order date.
  • We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order. (Please keep in mind we do this to protect our customers!)

Should you receive an order cancellation email, you will receive a refund via your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. This timeframe will be dependent upon your bank.

We sell only new, 100% authentic and high-quality items. We sell a brand-new, unused, and unworn item (including handmade items) in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or with the original tags attached. All item is inspected to be brand new and undamaged prior shipping to our customers.

If the product you’re order and the one you’re interested in is such a high demand that we’re sold-out. There’ll be a slight delay in delivery of your ordered. Thank you for your being patience and understanding. 

Please understand that we do not do price matching due to high demand products, limited items or limited color variations.  Our shop’s price is subjected to change at any time without prior notice. 

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“By making payment and utilizing this one-time pay option (“Service”), or permitting any person to do so on your behalf, or utilizing the Service on someone else’s behalf, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION:

You certify that any Apple Pay account, PayPal Account, checking account, savings account, debit card or credit card account you utilize in connection with the Service is an account from which you are legally authorized to use and make payments. You authorize Stylish Picture Photography, Gift Items, Products and Services, including its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, and its third-party service providers (collectively, “Company”), to debit or charge your account for the payment amount you entered above.

PAYMENT TERMS/FEES:

You understand that your online payment will be deducted from your bank account as early as the next business day after you have authorized a payment using your checking or savings account. Payments made with a debit or credit card may be withdrawn immediately.  Payments made after 5:00 p.m. (Pacific) may take 1-3 business days to be processed.  Business days are Monday through Friday and holidays are not included.  A payment will be considered as having been received by Company upon actual receipt of the payment from your designated bank or card issuer.  Company will not be liable for any fees, charges or costs which may be assessed by your designated bank or card issuer If your authorization is rejected, dishonored, returned, reversed or adjusted by your bank or card issuer for any reason, if your account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction, if the transaction exceeds the credit limit of your overdraft account, or if you have not provided Company with accurate or complete information.  In such event, you will be solely responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your bank, financial institution or card issuer.   If Company causes an incorrect amount of funds to be removed from or charged to your account based on your payment instructions above, Company’s sole responsibility to you shall be to return the improperly removed or charged funds to your account.
