RETAINER FEE

In order to make an official date for photoshoot session, Stylish Picture – (“We” or “Us”) require the client (“Client” or “You”) to pay a SECURE BOOKING NON-REFUNDABLE FEES (“Retainer Fee”) to book your session with us. After the Retainer Fee has been paid, it CANNOT be refunded for any reason. All sales are final. Please be certain that the date you book is the date you want to shoot. This will help avoid any loss of time and/or money for both parties. We accept debit/credit card Payment.

RESCHEDULING

Retainers fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance, but we are happy to reschedule your session. We REQUIRE at least two (2) full business days’ (48 hours) advance notice to reschedule all photo sessions. AGAIN, NO REFUNDS, but we can re-schedule your session to a later time.

CANCELLATIONS

Retainers fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under ANY circumstance, but we are happy to reschedule your session. By booking a session, you agree that if you don’t show up for your session, are 15 minutes late to your session and we don’t have time to shoot, or you change your mind and don’t want to shoot with us after all, you forfeit the full amount of your retainer fee. Stylish Picture takes utmost care to honor scheduled session times and to deliver products and services as promised. However, if Stylish Picture “we or us” or agents be unable to perform services due to severe illness, injury, family crisis, or unforeseen emergency, Stylish Picture reserves the right to reschedule the session within the calendar year or delay product design until the time in which design can be properly performed. Full Final Balance Deposits is NON-REFUNDABLE under ANY circumstance after photoshoots session, post-production editing, completed orders and ship out products. All sales are final.
