1. Can I have my own customized photoshoot session?

Yes, absolutely you can. No-obligation consultation. We’ll discuss what you are looking for and determine what is really a good fit for your needs. If you like what you hear, we’ll book your photography session and pay secured booking non-retainable fees.

2. What do I need to bring to the photoshoot session?

  • Proof of Payment Receipt
  • State Driver License or State ID
  • Bring your favorite wardrobes (Dresses)
  • Hair and Makeup must be ready on the day of photoshoot

3. Where is photoshoot locations?

Most of photoshoot session is an open space public location in Sacramento Area.

  • If you like to do photoshoot in San Francisco, Napa, Lake Tahoe or any other not listed above, then let us know so we can make a special travel arrangement.

4. In Studio photoshoot is available?

Yes. We do.

*This private shoot is cost separated fees upon client special requested. please contact us first before booking. We will contact you when this service is available.

5. Do you have the backdrops?

Yes, Black, White and Gray Color backdrop sheet. It is available at Studio Location or Office Location.

6.  What is the turnaround time for my photos?

  • Approximately 2 business days for all the high resolutions digitals with no watermarks via Dropbox.
  • Approximately 2 – 7 business days for professional retouching.
  • Approximately 2 to 4 weeks for photograph prints.
  • Approximately 4 to 6 weeks for Lookbook and album.
  • Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

7. How far in advance do you book?

  • 2 days booking in advance for Regular Portrait Photoshoot 
  • 5 – 7 Days booking in advance for Business Commercial and Promotion Photoshoot 
  • 1 Month booking in advance before Wedding Day.

8. Do You offer Wardrobe?

No

9. Do you offer rent wedding and fashion prop items?

No.

10. Can I give cash tip to photographer?

No, but thank you for your generosity.
